Mohamed Abou El-Enein, Member of the Egyptian Parliament paid tribute to all state’s sovereign and regulatory authorities for their prominent role in protecting the homeland, stressing the important role of the Administrative Control Authority (ACA), the National Security Agency (NSA) and General Intelligence Service (GIS) in maintaining homeland security.
In his speech before a parliamentary session on Wednesday, Abou El-Enein called for reviewing the state’s general budget for the fiscal year 2020/21 in the presence of Mohamed Maait, Minister of Finance and Hala El-Said, Minister of Minister of Planning and Economic Development.
He pointed out that all countries of the world are competing to attract investors thus, Egypt needs distinctive investment policies and strategies appropriate for the modern era.
Abou El-Enein calls for developing a clear vision for investment“If we are talking about new investment opportunities then we must speak a new investment language. Egypt is facing both opportunities and challenges and we must take advantage of those opportunities,” MP Abou El-Enein emphasized.
“We are talking about international agreements, and therefore we must develop a clear vision for investment capable of attracting the investor as well as training young cadres to create new investment opportunities,” he concluded.
