Businessman Mohammed Abou El-Enein، honorary president of the Euro-Mediterranean parliament، called for the establishment of a higher council for the industry in Egypt، led by President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.
Abou El Enein added in a statement issued Thursday، “The Supreme Council for industry will have a significant and important role in drawing the industrial map of Egypt in various fields of heavy، medium and light industries، and is also working to stimulate the pillars of specialized industrial production in various governorates of Egypt.”
He stressed that the council will put the solutions to all the problems facing the Egyptian industry including red tape and bureaucracy.
He praised the North Governorate implementation of the presidential decree issued by President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to create the largest heavy industries and medium area on an area of 329 kilometers.
He said that the establishment of a major area of heavy and medium industries in central Sinai will ensure that the exploitation of natural resources of marble، granite and cement into the Sinai، and it can establish a wide range of industries that rely on natural resources in the Sinai.
