On Thursday, Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, and the Deputy Parliament Speaker Mohamed Abou El-Enein inspected the new Cleopatra Hotels project in Nabq, Sharm El Sheikh, according to an official statement released by the Cabinet.
On his side, Abou El Enein said that the new project will present new 198 hotel rooms, and it is expected to be in action before the beginning of COP 27 events.
The Deputy Parliament Speaker added that a new tunnel will be established to link the previously established Cleaoptra hotel to the new one.
On his side, Madbouly directed authorities to end any hinders facing tourist projects by establishing a unit for solving the issues of investors supervised by the Cabinet and to end the problems of all projects by the private sector.
He asserted that the state, led by President Abdel Fattah Sisi, exerts no efforts to organize and direct the COP 27 in best world representation by setting deep coordination between international and national institutions.
It is worthy to mention that the Prime Minister inspected several tourist projects in the city and a number of institutions.
Madbouly’s visit to the city came in the framework of organizing the events and receiving the guests that will participate in the COP 27 events, therefore, the government keens to raise the capacity of the city to receive guests and tourists.
