Honorary President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean, Prominent Businessman Mohammed Abou El-Enein expressed his appreciations towards the distinguished Egyptian-German cooperation in all fields.
In statements to “Sada ElBalad” TV Channel, on the side-line of ITB Berlin tourism fair, Abou El-Enein noted that German tourists visit Egypt even in the hardest times and do not care about any rumours.
Moreover, Abou El-Enein expressed happiness at the German side interest in Egypt’s security and stability.
Abou El-Enein also stressed that there is a lot of German investments in Egypt including; major electricity project implemented in cooperation with German Company “Siemens”.
“Egypt is a beautiful country”, German tourism Minister, Iris Gleicke Said in statements to “Sada ElBalad” website, adding that the situation has improved in Egypt.
Moreover, Gleicke noted that she has discussed with her Egyptian counterpart, Rania al-Mashat the possibility of conducting a training exchange between the Egyptian and German governments to increase tourism.
The Egyptian government has taken many steps to restore security and stability, the minister added.
Noteworthy, ITB Berlin tourism exhibition is the largest event in the world concerning the tourism industry, which brings together a large number of decisions makers, representatives of the tourism sector from all over the world.
