Parliament deputy speaker Mohamed Abou El Enein chaired a meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) via video conference.
Aboul Enein said that he is glad to hear that some of the participants of this meeting are planning to come to Cairo for the Bing Five Exhibition on June 25, 26. “I think there is a great opportunity to talk about our major business either for the investment or for trade. So thank you for coming and we will have a lot of meeting not only one, we will have bilateral meetings with specialized people in different fields.”
He also added that President Sisi is going to declare a great and historic event in Egypt ( the New Republic), and this means a lot for the future and the vision of Egyptian territory, philosophy and vision among internal policies and external policies. “so it is a good opportunity to attend this event.”
“I am looking for to a fruitful meeting in June and we are going to prepare a good schedule for you when you are in Cairo to see some factories and Egyptian historic places and we are want to make a good schedule for you and inform our ambassador,” Abou El Enein said.
The parliamentary deputy speaker stressed that Egypt is a gate for African countries, hence, there is a big potential for investment and trade.
He also reviewed Egypt’s investment opportunities taking the consideration of geographic unique location and market size which is extending from hundred-three million Egyptians to be one billion in the African market.
“Everything is well organized in legislation, and marketing in the specialized production zones either in Roubiky or Damietta or 10th of Ramadan or Ain Al-Sokhna there is a lot of opportunities,” The parliamentary deputy speaker noted.
