In the first phase, 15 buildings will be built with the support of the Third Field Army, with a target to reach 10,000 housing units in the final stages.
The problem of housing in the governorate of Suez extends since 2001, and the project aims to solve it by providing decent housing for all young people to meet the standards of “quality of life”, eliminate population overcrowding and achieve justice in the distribution of services. The residential areas and buildings do not exceed a quarter of the total area of the project and green areas should not be less than half the area of the project.
