Mohamed Abou El-Enein, Chairman of the Arab Investors Union, said that Dr. Sahar Nasr, Minister of Investment and International Cooperation, is one of the few ministers who are working hard to end investment and investors crises without delay or postponement.
“In an exclusive statement to Sada El-Balad on the sidelines of his participation in the Al-Ahram Real Estate Investment Conference, Abou El-Enein said that there should never be a good urban development and planning for the new Cairo while leave Old Cairo in its present state.
In response to a question by the editor of “Sada El-Balad” on his vision to develop the old Cairo urban plan, “Abou El-Enein” said that the buildings around the Nile are not suitable and need to be developed by solving the problem of old buildings and constructing towers and skyscrapers instead suitable for Cairo as well as starting an entire layout of the city.
